DSS a.s. is a new and ambitious Czech Republic-based designer, developer and manufacturer of small arms, founded on the knowledge and technologies that were forged in the last 100 years. The company focuses on Czech manufacturing using Czech raw materials.
The DSS facility is located in a new business park just 10 minutes outside of Prague and it is fully equipped with state-of-the-art CNC mills and lathes, a welding area and an assembly area with a complete range of equipment and tools for small arms assembly and storage.
The DSS team is composed of highly skilled, experienced and motivated engineers, CNC operators, armorers, technicians and others who constantly improve their skills and strive to achieve perfection in what they do.
To maintain and assure the weapons’ quality, durability, reliability and consistency, our materials, parts, subassemblies and complete weapons are tested through a strategic partnership by the Czech Military Technical Institute of Armament and Ammunition and LOM Praha. Every weapon is test fired for functionality and accuracy.
DSS weapons are certified according to NATO Small Arms Testing Methodologies AC/225(DSS)D(2018)0006 (AC/225(LG/3-SG/1)D/14). DSS is currently implementing ISO 9001:2016 and AQAP 2110 certification to ensure that all processes within the company are compliant with regulations with a focus on mitigation of risk to the customer.
